 We love designing "urban architecture" on tight, compact, lots with a mixture of programmatic uses. We advocate for simple, economical structures that add to the character of the city and street. 

Project :  Proposed mixed-use building for People Places LLC, New Port Richey, Florida

Townhouses come in a variety of types and sizes. This example shows a three-story "tuckunder" type (i.e., parking behind on the ground level of the unit).

Urban Arts provides site design studies  for potential development sites.  These can be in the form of quick hand-draw sketches, or more developed designs such as the one shown here.  These illustrations are invaluable when seeking investor and public support.

Project: Green Street Lofts, Glassworks District, Louisville, KY

We have developed several prototypes for modular residential construction. Shown here is a 3-bedroom house with a footprint of only 30 ft x 30 ft.
